Cheesy garlic knots

Serving: 10 – 12

Ingredients for Dough

2 cups all-pupose flour

3/4 cup warm milk

1/2 tbsp instant yeast

1/2 tsp each sugar and salt

1 small egg

1 tsp melted butter

1 1/2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp milk powder


Ingredients for the cheesy dip

5 tbsp cream cheese spread

200 gram mozerella cheese

2 tbsp garlic paste

Ingredients for glazing

100 gram melted butter

2 tbsp garlic paste

bunch of parsley chopped


First prepare the dough by mixing in all the dry ingredients and then by gradually adding the milk whilst kneading. Knead the dough until it is smooth and soft. Cover in a bowl and keep aside for an hour to double in size.

While the dough is resting prepare the dip by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.

Also mix the glazing ingredients in a bowl.

when the dough has doubled in volume divide the dough it into 20 balls depending on the size you want. Arrange all the balls in a round baking pan close to each other leaving some space in the middle to add the dip. Brush the balls with the glazing mixture.

Pre-heat the oven on 180 degree. Then put the pan for baking for 15 -20 minutes.
